A child plays in her dwelling along the road to the Tonle Sap Lake from Siem Reap
The road between Siem Reap and the Tonle Sap Lake (Chong Kneas Village) in the dry season.
The houses are stilted, as during the wet season the rising levels of water in the lake will flood the area under the houses.
They are constructed with whatever materials can be found.
Note the TV aerials - The televisions are run off car batteries.
