"The Peak" in Hong Kong is a well frequented tourist attraction, but on a day with relatively little pollution, the views are spectacular.
Journey up the mountain in the "Peak Tram" . It climbs slopes up to 27 degrees to the horizontal.
I believe that the view at night are spectacular also.
